PAYMENT
AND SHIPPING TERMS

Please read all of the Terms below.

1. All International buyers must agree to shipping cost before purchase.

2. No orders will be sent Air or Overnight until shipping amount is paid in full.

3. All order will be shipped standard UPS Ground Service
or via U.S. Postal Service unless buyer has agreed and paid for upgrade.

4. All buyers outside the mainland U.S. must contact seller via email
or telephone before paying for items. NO EXCEPTIONS

We accept Paypal, all Major Credit Cards and Money orders.
We accept personal checks from repeat customers only.
Orders will not ship until check clears, normally 10 business days.

 

 

PRODUCT WARRANTY: 
Every item sold by ZDMAK TOOLS is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 90 days after the date of sale of the product. Many of the products that we sell carry a manufacturer's warranty that extends beyond this 90 day period. We will honor the longer of our 90 day warranty period or the manufacturer's warranty period. This warranty does not cover any product or part which has been subjected to misuse, negligence or accident, nor does it cover any product which is used for any purposes other than that for which it is intended as stated in the specific manufacturer's product information.

This must be done over the phone 877-938-6657 Toll Free Once you have a return number -simply return the merchandise to us within 10 days of receipt. Delivery charges are not refundable. The returned merchandise must be new, complete and in it's original packaging. We will not issue a credit or refund for any product which is returned to us that has been used or altered, abused, or if any parts are missing. 

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS: 
(1) The returned merchandise must be complete and in the original packaging. 
(2) Return must be made within twenty days of receipt of your order. 
(3) Return must include a copy of your original invoice with your return. 
(4) Please indicate an exchange, credit or refund. 
(5) Securely package the product and send it shipping and insured to:

Payment must be received within 10 days of auction end.
